Should I reply to every review?
Yes, positive and negative. A short thank-you to happy customers and a calm, specific answer to unhappy ones show the next reader that someone is listening, and they give AI assistants more context about how the business treats people.
How do I reply to a negative review?
Thank the person, apologise for the specific problem without arguing, say what you are changing, and give a direct contact to sort it out offline. Keep it short; do not share private details about the order.
Does this use AI or send my text anywhere?
No. Replies are built from tested templates in your browser, based on the star rating and the topics mentioned (waiting time, staff, quality, price, cleanliness, delivery). Nothing is sent to a server. Edit them before posting so they sound like you.
Which languages are supported?
English, Italian, Spanish, German and French. The review can be in any of them and the reply in another.
Where can I post the reply?
Anywhere you receive reviews: Google Business Profile, Tripadvisor, Trustpilot, Facebook, app stores or your own Fiducia page.
