Questions
Is the free plan really free?
Yes. The trust page, reviews, single invites, replies and the badge cost nothing and have no time limit. Pro adds automatic invites from your shop, bulk invites and imports of up to 2,000 reviews (50 on Free). Pro also writes AI reply drafts for your reviews.
Is there a free trial of Pro?
Yes, 14 days, for websites that never had Pro. You add a card on Stripe and nothing is charged until the trial ends. Cancel from the billing portal before then and you pay nothing.
Will ChatGPT or Perplexity cite my business?
Nobody can promise what an assistant will say. What we do is remove the obstacles: your reviews are public, server-rendered, marked up with schema.org and never blocked for AI crawlers.
How do you stop fake reviews?
A review is published only after its author verifies an email address. Reviews from your single-use invite links are marked "verified invite". Published reviews are kept as an append-only history, so text is never changed silently.
Can I delete reviews I don't like?
No. You can reply publicly to any review. A trust page you could edit would not be trusted by customers or by assistants.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Your page works on its own. The badge is optional: one script tag on your site.
How do I cancel Pro?
From your dashboard, in the billing portal. Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
What if Pro isn't worth it for me?
Ask for a refund within 14 days of your first Pro payment, monthly, yearly or the 12-month pass, by replying to your receipt or writing to us from the email you paid with. We refund the full amount to your card and Pro stops; your free trust page and your reviews stay online.
