Fiducia is provided by Lumnika. Questions about your account, billing, a review or a business page: write to fiducia@lumnika.com. We reply within 2 business days, in English, Italian, German, French or Spanish. Business owners can remove their page themselves from "Request removal" on it, or ask us at the same address.

Billing and cancellations

Paid plans can be cancelled at any time from the billing portal linked in your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Payments are processed by Stripe as merchant of record, which emails your receipt. For refunds (see the Refund Policy) or invoice questions, email us with the address used at checkout.

Reviews and personal data

To ask for a review to be removed or for access to your data, see the Privacy Policy and write to the same address.
