Always keep your Google profile: it drives Maps and local search. The question is whether Google should be the only place your reputation lives.

Not directly. Google's robots.txt disallows the review paths and the reviews render with JavaScript inside Maps, so other assistants mostly see only what third-party sites repeat.
Should I replace Google reviews with Fiducia?
No. Keep both: Google for Maps, Fiducia for an open, structured copy of your reputation that any assistant can cite.
