Switch from Judge.me to Fiducia

Judge.me is cheap for product reviews on your store; Fiducia adds a business-wide trust page that AI assistants read. Import your existing reviews from a CSV (free up to 50, Pro up to 2,000 per import), show them on your site with a widget, and keep collecting verified reviews on a page that ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity can read.

Import my reviews

Move in three steps

  1. Export your reviews from Judge.me. In the Judge.me admin open Settings, then Import/Export, and choose Export reviews to download the CSV. You can keep Judge.me for product pages and use Fiducia for your business page.
Columns recognised in the Judge.me export: rating, title, body, reviewer_name, review_date
  2. Import the CSV into Fiducia. Sign in to your dashboard with an email on your domain, open Import and upload the file or paste it. Columns are recognised automatically and you see a preview before anything is saved. Free: up to 50 imported reviews; Pro: up to 2,000 per import. Duplicates are skipped, so you can import again later.
  3. Show them and keep collecting. Add the reviews widget (carousel, list or grid) and the badge to your site, then send verified invites: new reviews count only after the reviewer confirms their email.
